Maybe fear and worry is all you’ve ever known.
Some days your brain seems like it is the enemy, and it just won’t shut off. You overthink everything you say and every decision you make. And when you finally get to lay down at night and sleep, your brain wakes up and starts replaying all the “what if’s” and worries about what could go wrong.
It seems that everyone we meet has ANXIETY. It is a natural emotion, and it’s meant to signal our body that we are in danger. Sometimes, however, our brain gets overloaded and our “Fight, Flight, or Freeze” instinct kicks in and before we know it everything feels like danger.
Anxiety effects everyone but it can look different in each of us.
It doesn’t matter if you’re 18 years old and finishing your last year of high school with honors, but you are scared to death of the future. You don’t have your life figured out right now and you feel paralyzed in that fear.

It doesn’t matter if you’re 30 years old, starting your family, living the life you have dreamed of, but you are constantly worried you aren’t good enough as a partner or a mom. You’re scared to death of losing it all!
WHAT IF they stop loving me and WHAT IF I fail as a mother?
It doesn’t matter if you’re a professional, with a high-paying dream job that you worked tirelessly to achieve. You’re overwhelmed with feelings of doubt about yourself and your abilities, and you’re spinning in circles trying to reach “perfection.”
